• Coordinates trades, site visits and inspections
• Quotes and manages project budgets and timeframes
• Organises short and long-term schedules
• Designs interiors, orders furniture & accessories, and stages properties to look their best
• Leads weekly planning meetings to keep every project on track
As HR Manager, Wendy:
• Documents annual leave, sickness and other absence
• Organises annual reviews and handles disciplinaries when needed — always with fairness and professionalism
As Head of Accounts, Wendy:
• Manages accounts for all companies
• Uploads bills, raises invoices, and prepares month and year-end reports
• Presents monthly accounts to Directors
• Prepares payroll with accuracy and care
