Our vetting process includes credit checks, referencing, various background checks and payment management. If required we can arrange for tenants to have a guarantor should they fail any of our checks but only due to a minor issue.
We manage your property on an ongoing basis and ensure it is always up to date with relevant compliance requirements such as gas and electricity certificates.
Our lettings management fee is 10%+VAT which is deducted from monthly rents on an ongoing basis.
