We have a specialist lettings management team for residential and commercial properties.
As a landlord you can benefit from one of the following services;

Fully Managed Lettings

We will handle everything from marketing the property, tenancy applications, inventories and ongoing management of the property and tenants.

Our vetting process includes credit checks, referencing, various background checks and payment management. If required we can arrange for tenants to have a guarantor should they fail any of our checks but only due to a minor issue.

We manage your property on an ongoing basis and ensure it is always up to date with relevant compliance requirements such as gas and electricity certificates.

Our lettings management fee is 10%+VAT which is deducted from monthly rents on an ongoing basis.

Tenant Find Only

If you wish to self-manage your property on an ongoing basis, we can help you find the right tenant.

Our tenant finder services include marketing the property, credit checks, referencing and various background checks on any potential tenants.

Our tenant finder service has a one-off fee and covers everything up to the point of vetting tenants and handing over their details for you to manage on an ongoing basis.
